I have been a regular online shopping customer for past 4/5 years. I always order from Flipkart, Amazon, Homeshop18 and Snapdeal and never ever faced any kind of problem. Once I got a non-functioning DVD writer from Flipkart & within 2 days they got it replaced without any hassle.
Now coming to Naaptol, whenever we turn on our TV, it always starts with "NAAPTOL" advt & I was always fascinated by the way they use to present their products. For a long time I was thinking to buy something from Naaptol and just couple of days ago I ordered for 2 blankets(jaipuri rajaai) which cost me Rs 2, 400. I received the product on the next day.
I was really shocked to see the quality of that product. Both the blankets were were rubbed/frayed from the corners and their threads were coming out.
Now their return policy is also not that simple. You will have to call them. Fill the form which is provided with the product. Paste their address on the returning product. in 3/4 days courier guy will come to pick it and will provide you a slip with number. Now you will have to wait for another 7 business days to get another product.
I dont know if I am able to mention everything clearly but want to sumup with "Please use the famous online portals to purchase items, they have a reputation, they have customers from every class, they really care for customers happiness & satisfaction".
