I used to shop online manier times due to various option available and easy return policies.
Once I was looking for a mobile phone under Rs.3000 for my grandmother since she cant use high budget smartphones.
And then I saw first Naaptol on TV where it was selling mobile under Rs. 2000. I decided to buy from naaptol.com because it was written easy return available.
It took nearly about 15 days to deliver my mobile phone and on top of that to what I got is disgusting!
They gave me broken phone and I might think that was used one too. I was afraid and shocked but satisfied because of easy return policy. I lodged a complaint against them about the matter and guess what the replied.
The told sorry sir the seller is unavailable at the moment and we are unable to help you for that. I was shocked and totally depressed.
No next time from Naaptol as decided and not recommended too.
