I had ordered a laptop table from this site. I was shocked to see the quality of product. I mean I really don’t know whether they wanted to play a prank with me or what. The wood quality was horrible. It was almost like a thick cardboard kind of material.
When we tried to remove the table from its box, the wood broke into small small pieces. Our whole floor was covered with the wood powder and small pieces. After that I returned the product and got the voucher renewed. Then I decided to buy something else instead of wooden object. So I ordered a mini silai machine. When I put my residence pincode, I got the message that the product can be delivered at the selected pincode. But later I was communicated that the product cant be delivered there. So I had to cancel my order once again and place a new order.
They messaged me that the refund of Rs. 2298/- is done and now you can place the order once again. But I have not got the refund yet. When I call the customer care, they ask me all the details and I have to keep repeating this non sense all over again. Everytime I call, a new person answers the call and I have to repeat everything again and again. But no results. I am fed up and I would not recommend Naaptol products to anyone. Not even If you get it free. Stay away guys.
