I had purchased the IKALL mobile set of 3, out of two are defective so I request over telephone to exchange with some other products. Initially they told me to do so but after that they gave me the service center number of my city HYDERABAD but the service center denied and told me we are not doing of IKALL. Again from Naaptol I got another customer care number of IKALL which is not connecting from my mobile. So simply I request them to take back the mobile and giving me other products. But they denied me. I am attaching the conversation with them through mail. Please help me in this regard.
