Real Bad product and worst service. Order NO 2141471
I bought a small multipurpose table from naaptol.
Product was delivered as scheduled but it was broken in 3 pieces.
Few highlight of product
1) bad quality of wood was used.
2) bad workmanship.
3) broken in several places.
4) it’s definitely overpriced, later I found cheaper and better quality product in local market.
When contacted customer care they asked me to return product at my own cost, when I insisted on pickup they finally agreed on pickup of product via bludart.
After 1 month when I contacted customer service executive Mr shanu Sharnapa said we never received your product, while Blue dart website clearly shows it was delivered.
I have lost my money and will never recommend naaptol to anyone.
