Worst ever in my online shopping experience

Ordered a telephone online, delivery delayed, when asked they told 2 - 3 days more. Finally received the shipment, but wrong product sent. Its been nearly 16 days still nothing done. They asked me reverse ship it. I asked for refund, they asked to write a letter so that I will receive a cheque (which is very very silly).. Still now issue not resolved. Sincere advise..


I have shopped in flipkart, indiamart, myntra which were really good compared to this naaptol.. Which i would say worst ever online shopping experience as well as customer support. Please don’t go for naaptol.. Try others like flipkart, snapdeal, indiamart, myntra etc...
