I am not very happy with this company I am writing today to complain of thepoor and old Product even the product not working. I received fromyour company on June 09/04/2017 time 5.15 pm.I am most annoyed that I wasted a whole day waiting for my child toy and your seller send us old use toy and battery cover is missing even battery charger was not working to charge the toy battery how you can send old and use products to customer even that was not workingconditions from the first movement.My impression of That Company has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about how my existing business is being managed by your firm. Please take back the items as soon as possible nd refund my money or send us brand new item .I trust this is not the way naaptol Company wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have been with you since the company was founded and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I have complaint consumer care and I will fight for my right
