Naaptol is a very bad and slow online shipping website. I am writing this review from my personal experience.A few days ago I order a electronic cooker from Naaptol but the delivery is so late.My product had delivered after one month due to order date.Customer service don’t co-operate properly when I had called why my product still not delivered.I didn’t get well response from customer service or I was really despire and had been waiting for the product.After one I had received the product.But when I opened the packaging the electronic cooker was cracked on the side area.After one month I received the product with defect.The cooker was cracked on the side area, I started to use the cooker but it getting heated fast.So the product quality so poor with defect and damaged.Customer service also unhelpful for me.Naaptol take lots of time to deliver.It don’t deliver the product on due date.I hate naaptol.I don’t suggest you to shopping anything from naaptol.Naaptol app and web both are same but way is little different.But stor is one.Already I have wasted my money, plz don’t let your money go by naaptol.
