Usually disliking a service or a product will not be a complete solution for changing the company’s methods or policies. When you say some ones service is not upto the mark it should have some reasons for your negative comments. When an order is given it took a long period of 20 days, even after that when the company is informed that the product received had a damage, no one asked or replied for solving the problem. When the product is shipped this Naaptol turns their back and dont even have some dignity to collect a feedback from the customers. Most of the well developed and authentic companies have the policy of collecting some feedbacks about their products and services. But you can’t expect this from this honorable Naaptol. You can definitely receive a product which will be already bricked inside, or you may receive a different coloured one from the one you have ordered. It can even end in some bricks or mangoes in side your box. It have no cash on delivery option for most of the products . So once you paid for any of the products on Naaptol please forget about the money you paid. Don’t even get attracted to the advertisements posted by then in the newspapers. Everything turns out only when you receive the actual product. Don’t expect a clean service. Thank you
