Sony SCPH-10010E Dual Shock Controller for PS2 - Black


Ordered this product on 20 Feb, received it on Feb 26th but the product was damaged. I called the customer support and they then asked to contact the courier company Aramex and arrange for the product to be returned. I did that on the same day.


Got the replacement for the broken game controller on 18th March and here is the best part, the replaced product was also damaged, the damage was worse than the first one. Called the customer support again and they promised for the replacement of the broken product again but that did not happen. I called them again today and the same commitment was given today too. Option to refund is not available they say!


I never expected the service of Naaptol to be this bad. What is the use of having big discounts if the product and your service is so bad?


Its been almost a month now and I still don’t have the product I ordered for. Such a pathetic service from  a online store like Naaptol .
