Naaptol Shopping Experience

I ordered a Symphony cooler order id: 421594 on June 17th June 2012 and was promised the product in 10 days on 26th June I got a message that my order is in refund. And since then I not yet got the refund.


Still fighting with the naaptol Customer Care. Those hang up the phone once I tell my name and shout at me. I was humiliated and insulted by this website for my own money.


Right now, I am launching complaint in Consumer Court against Naaptol.
