Terrible service

I ordered a book for a book club reading and twelve days later, the book had not come so I cancelled it on the site. Immediately I get a mail saying the book was being dispatched. As soon as 4 days were over, I called the naaptol number and this is what is says - Press 1 for Hindi, Press 2 for English - so far, so good Then it says Press 1 for help and any number you press, the recorded voice says You have pressed the wrong number. Feedback on their site too has no response.


So unprofessional. I then ordered from Flipkart and the book arrived in one day. I am definitely not accepting the naaptol book even if it does come - which I doubt. I will never use this site again - terrible service and no comeback - whether calls or feedback forms on their site.
