Their prices are too much high for most of the things they sell. Most of the products are available at half the price at the local shops.
Also they are charging shipping amount so heavily. There is no customer satisfaction at all. I faced lot of problems returning the damaged products shopped from Naaptol.com. Sometimes they refused to return the damaged products. I also find the products sold by naaptol are the replicas.
So, I suggest not to buy from Naaptol
