Naaptol is worst E-commerce company.I am telling this because I had worked in naaptol as a sales executive.So I closely know what naaptol does to its customer.
Products quality are worst of this company as it mostly target village areas by its ads which come on several dishtv .As a employee I have customers abusing for their worst product as they didn’t reply .So complains follows for years and nothing done.Most of the customers have to throw their products.
Delivery time is also a worst point of naaptol.Sometimes it takes 1 month to deliver that product.Sometimes they take the order and lateran refuse it by saying its not in our delivery zone.
App and websites designed are only to fool customers.
