Naaptol customer representative support misguiding continuously since our complaint against product Quality issue & refund. Every time i start conversation they keep me confuse with different options to get refund of money, when i tried suggested method they again told me no refund only voucher so i can buy again something which I don’t need. My order product for 4 Ltr Copper Wate... of Rs 3397/- which was poor in quality. It’s unethical business practice where you send poor products & then force customer to buy again to adjust money. Don’t trust this site
