Bad experience with Naaptol.com

Naaptol.com is bad side for online buying. Product cost is very high as compare to other online buying sides. I buy spy pen from naaptol.com, it takes fourty days to delivered the product. After getting product I comes to know that product is not working and it available on other online side at much lesser cost. It takes me 50 days to replaced the product. Naaptol.com is really bad online side.
