Naaptol never attend to customer compalints

I am absolutely dissatisfied with the service of naaptol.com. Looking at the kind of services they are providing, I think they don’t deserve to be in online business.


Except their continuous online advertisement, they don’t know how to deliver and service their customers.


I ordered for a Black color Portable 5000 mAh Power Bank With Dual USB Ports For Mobiles/Tablets on 20th March, 2013. I got the delivery on 25th March, but to my surprise it was a White color one and without the charger. I raised the complaint on same day and wrote numerous mails and spoke to 8-9 executives of theirs till date, however the result is a BIG ZERO. I compromised myself with the color, but requested them to send the charger and close the matter. Till today, i.e. 30th April, 2013 (approx. 40 days) they did not resolve my problem. They have not yet send the charger yet and I am not able to use the device.


Wrote strong mail, I think they don’t understand what is customer complaint and they don’t have persons to handle the customer complaints. All passing the work to someone but no one does anything in their organization.


My feeling with naaptol.com is very very bad. I will never buy a single Rupee item from them in future.
