I ordered a electric Tandoor from Naaptol.com. Order number 10753332. The order was delivered after 7 working days by Blue Dary. It was a cash on delivery order. I paid the courier company. To my shock, afterwards when I Opened the packing it was so poor and the Tandoor inside was So badly damaged, The iron body completely mutilated and broken pieces of glass fell down.
I have bought from Amazon and Flipkart but it was my first time with Naaptol. Such a poor experience is just un imaginable with so much competition between online portals.
The customer care is equally poor who are unable to respond clearly on what needs to be done and how much time it would take to get a replacement. Every time I called, I got a new and different response. No one has come to collect the damaged delivery or have it replaced.
I would never use Naaptol.com again.
