Naaptol is one of the online shopping site . I found this site is very bad site because the return policy of this company is very bad.I ordered a product from Naaptol after watching on TV. The product was massager, they show on the TV that this massager is very helpful for back pain you have to only put into the chair and after that the massager will do his work.
But after purchasing this from Naaptol in around 3000 rupees I didn’t find any utility of this product I use this product for 2 days and I didn’t find any good about this product .When I put a complaint about this product and ask him for return they refused to do so .Hence I find this company is very bad company the return policy of this company is very bad. I will suggest you never buy any product from this site.
