I am giving this review as per my personal experience.
I purchased a mobile from Naaptol.com few months later. mobile is very cheaper in cost but the quality is very worst.
Then I reported it to Customer service but they didn’t solve my issue easily.
The mobile which is purchased from Naaptol starts hanging after some day of purchase so product quality is also not good.
Delivery time is also higher than other e-commerce website like Flipkart, Snapdeal and Amazon.
Load time of website is fast but I recommend you all to not buy from Naaptol, go for other trustable websites.
Finally I want to say Naaptol is selling products at cheaper rate with cheaper quality so don’t go for it.
