rom Naaptol and this triggered my struggle with this unprofessional online company. Ine will definitely feel trapped or cheated after doing a purchase. Firstly the product is of such low standards that it hardly serves the purpose. The sound is very low, the screen is glaring, Google is incompatible and many more issues with the product . No wonder so much advertising. The price was shown as 2999 as offer price in the ad and the MRP on product is Rs 2999. The post purchase ordeal with Naaptol customers service again worst I’ve ever come across. They only say two things, one to put any of our concerns before payment second provide alternate number to call and get similar response. To my surprise they do not have any return policy what so ever. Hence one you get in the trap there is no going back. I am not going to ever purchase anything from Naaptol and would also suggest others the same. I wish such companies change or get closed asap rather to cheating many and many people. I came to give review in Naaptol but there’s already tons of bad reviews. I wish I should have read them before.
