I am so unsatisfied with naaptol.com.My father ordered a product from them via phone call and chosen cash on delivery.
The customer service people acted promptly and confirmed the order on the same day.My dad got a message in his phone about the order confirmation too. They clearly mentioned that the order will be delivered within 2 weeks since our hometown is in northeastern zone of India.
My dad kept on waiting for the product arrival and finally, 2 weeks were over.He made a call to the customer care about the product arrival.They again, confirmed it and apologized for its delay.and they told him to wait for 2 more weeks.This happened for 2 months.and finally, 1 day product arrived after 2 months.
Totally, slow and irresponsible service by them.Thankfully, we didnt pay by debit card/ internet banking or else it could have been the worst experience ever from e - commerce web shopping
