I have ordered for a mobile "Karbonn K451 Plus" on 03 Jul 2013, Received the product on 8 Jul 2013. To my surprise this product had a defective display so I called the customer care immediately and asked for a replacement and made a return.
The returned product reached the warehouse on 11 Jul 2013 and I was informed that this product will be verified and will be replaced within 10 business days. I have been following up with the customer care regarding the status but of no use.
Whenever I call the customer-care I have been disconnected several times. Even if I speak to the supervisor they say the same that it will take 7 more days to know the status. I have waited for a very long time already. Its my mistake that I have ordered in naaptol.com to buy a product.
Its really a poor experience for me in Naaptol.com.
