I live in a town in Assam and had a very bad experienced with the online service.I ordered clothes for my sister’s birthday but was surprised to see the product I received.First it take them too long to deliver the product.Again the packing of the product was very poor.
They dont nothing about customer satisfaction.When in product was delivered, instead of clothes it contains garbage and waste materials.I call the delivery boy but he told me to contact the company.I made a complain and finally got the right product delivered.But it prove that their service cannot be trust again.
