Order: 7310289. Had ordered a shoe rack from Kawachi but it was dirty, many parts were missing, the product was used and the sticks were damaged. It was a used product which appeared like it was cleaned with a towel and then ship it into a damaged box.
Naaptols customer care number is not toll free, so its possible that you end up spending lot of money on that as well along with the mental stress. Raised a complaint with Naaptol that I have received a used/damaged product. I was asked to call to Bluedart for sending it back. Was very reluctant, since its Naaptols responsibility.
Still I called Bluedart and was able to connect with them after many call in 2 days.
From there I learned that they have stopped this service (probably so many instances) and they have informed Naaptol about this. I again called Naaptol and was informed that this service is not stopped. They will arrange a callback for me. They will take another 15-20 days for replacement.
The customer care is mostly Hindi speaking north Indians, so you cannot expect sophisticated answers. Mostly they are rude.
I am clueless and frustrated with Naaptol. Will not recommend to anyone.
