Bought a tab. Horrible experience. Loss of 9000

This is review of my horrible experience with naaptol. Bought a Spice Tab on naaptol. It worked for 4-5 days and then stopped working. Showed the product to the service center on 6th day and they said that the tab is a refurbished one. Had been opened many times and all the screws for opening has been damaged by using wrong tool to open it.


So I called Naaptol customer care and asked them to replace it. They asked me to send it to their service center by courier. Delhi to Delhi courier costed me Rs 200 for insurance + 150 for courier. Next day their customer care called me saying that the tab has broken screen and so its not their responsibility. I asked them to repair the tab and I will pay the charges, but they don’t want to repair it and sending me the tab back.


Please never ever buy anything from Naaptol.
