Incorrect specification on website (order#4165690)

I was tricked in buying a router with specification which says it has USB port. They send the router without USB port. I called as per their terms withis 2 days to complaint. Initially they said that send back the product , when I sent back . After 5 days they said I should have reported within 24 hrs of delivery. But its listed 2 working days to report for issue. And I reported well within on working days.


They refuse to listen and honour what posted on their own website and term and condition. Basically told me to take a hike. They are not doing anything. I will be filing my case in consumer forum now. Beware of Naaptol.


Bad place to do online shopping.
