Naaptol fraud comp,never buy any item frm naaptol

I had ordered a Sony ericsson Aino u10(white) phone from naaptol.com wide order no. 3612889. I received the product on 17 march2012 via Aramex courier services. when I check the phone I found that, first the colour of phone is Black, second that Charger of phone is not indian socket charger its pin points are in rectangular shape which are not suitable for indian power plugs, and third thing is that the Headphone sent is to me not the original headphone which come along which sony ericsson aino model.


I called to naaptol.com customtakeouter care no.09223516148 on same day i.e. 17 march & tell them about the same, their executive told me that Mobile box kit was not changed & they always provide the same product as we get general market. They told me to first check the product accessories in market if in market you different one we will also provide you the same & replace the accessories. they suggest me to check market & mail them the issue at support@naaptol.com. I visited market collect information about phone I also took picture of full kit(Mobile, Chager & headphone) then I mailed naaptol on 18.03.2012 about the same issue with the pictures of product which I had got from them & pics of original mobile phone kit which I would have got if I bought it from market.


I waited for their reply but don’t get any reply from their end, so I resend the mail them on 19.03.12 & started waiting for their reply.


Till 21.03.12 I don’t get any reply from their end, so I called them back on .09223516148 & asked them about my query their executive suggest me to buy charger from market as original charger is not available & for headphone they will not do anything as for replacement of headphones I have to complaint within 24 hrs. I told them that I had complained within 24 hrs i.e. on 18.03.12 by a mail, so they told me then their support department will help but they are not ready to give me any contact no. of their support department as it is not in their company policy.


They cheated with me and they have no regret for that. so it is my advise not to buy a single item from naaptol.com
