Naptol is not good

Hi.friends.i talk about my personal experience to shop in naptol.I should buy one laptop but after delivery is not that me order afte call to naptol so not resolve my problem this laptop not support any thing usb.net.so money lost after, I am not byu any product from naptol.so my request to all of yo please shop carefully. Thank you
