I made a purchase in Naaptol order No 5347220 and I ordered a Ultra Slim Body Shaping of Size XL for Rs 1298.00.
I was delivered the above mentioned product of Size L on 11 of Nov 2012. As this falls under the Diwali week, I called the customtakeouter care on 15th Nov to explain the same and they informing that this cant be changed now.
For no fault from myself, I was told by your customtakeouter care people that they cant change the size of my product as I havent called them with in 24 hrs.
I dont understand what the company stands for? They sent a wrong product and wanted me to confirm the same with in 24hrs. If I was asking for a return or refund then they can atleast tell this or if I claim a damaged product then they can tell in this 4 days I might have damaged the product.
My complaint No is 3805013 with Naaptol. Now if I am trying to send an email for the ID prvided intheir website(replyfromnaaptol@naaptol.com ; support@naaptol.com) I am getting the mails bounced back. Not sure how I can get the product exchanged now.
I would never ever recommend this portal for any purchase for any one. Pls forward this to as many people as possible.
