Naaptol is a worst online shopping site. I know it is a business but what is the use of it, if you try to cheat your customer by selling damaged and cheap quality products. After paying 2999 bucks, a Customer gets a product worth hardly 1000 and that too the machine roti maker which I had ordered before some month for my mom to get her a helping hand in the kitchen works. That thing also they gave it in the rusted condition.I just tried to check with NAAPTOL customer care sometime back but then I have come to know on my opinion that they are doing a worst online trade ever. I suggest you all to not order from naaptol at all.
Don’t buy any products from this site. That are cheap quality. When you order product they are very nice. Once you receive product they will be very rude. If you want to return it’s not possible. Cheaters. If they give product for free don’t buy. They will put more shipping charges.
