Naaptol is a cheater Company. Please dont buy any products from there. I ordered for two Quilts for Rs 1400 which on the TV were looking very pretty. But when I opened the parcel they are 3rd grade quality cloth with cotton oozing out from it. You can get those for 200 Rs in any local market. When I refused to pay money for the same the delivery boy created big scene and I told clearly that "How can I pay for a damaged or 3rd grade product". Once you open, need to pay.They say its their company policy and it will be exchanged later. After a long argument with him and customer care I rejected it and sent him back.Their customer care were neither polite nor were surprised when I spoke about the quality of the product. They spoke as if its a routine task for them. It looked a big scam as the delivering company is no way concerned with Naptol it seems. I want to request even AIRTEL didgital TV not to promote these 3rd class vendors in their DTH. Even, some of my friends gave me same kind of feedback earlier, but somehow I got tempted to place the order this time. Friends dont do that mistake.
