I had a very bad experience from naaptol. I had ordered for a tab from naaptol worth rs 4599. I was happy with the deal as I thought I would be getting a tab with all the features at such a reasonable price which would have costed me much more if I would have got it from a local shop but I was absolutely wrong. Within 2 days of using the tab it stopped working.
I immediately called up the customer service but they simply kept my call waiting. It was very hard for me to believe that my 4599 rs has been simply wasted. You wont believe how many times a day I used to call up the customer service.
After trying for about 15days continuously I realised I have been cheated.there was no way out.i will never buy anything from naaptol in my entire life and I would never recommend it to others
