Recently I came across a very catchy advertisement by http://www.naaptol.com to sell VITO CARLO TShirts. Apart from the high sounding name like’VITO CARLO’, the product was portrayed as "awesome and super cool cotton rich fabric t-shirts".In the website there were a few’user reviews’ highly recommending the product. A set of 5 Tshirts costing Rs. 4, 999/- was being sold at a faboulous’discount’ at Rs 1999/- plus Rs. 300/- couriers charges.
Trusting these, I ordered for the same and was shocked to see the quality of the Tshirts when they reached me. I found them to be of very ordinary quality material made in a substandard manner. Such T shirts are available on footpath for less than Rs. 100/- a piece and generally don’t last beyond a couple of washes. I wrote a review about this on their website but conveniently they have not uploaded it.
I find that most of the stuff this online store’Naaptol’ is of low quality and there is no opportunity to return or get refund if we are not satisfied. As compared to this I purchased a few items on https://jabong.com recently and found their service to be superb. Recognizing the fact that we buy items rather blindly on the internet, jabong allows you to examine and try the items before making the payment(COD) at your doorstep. They send their own persons to deliver unlike naaptol.
I regret having dealt with Naaptol.
I would like to warn people to be very careful while dealing with online stores like NAAPTOL.
