I am keralite. In earlier times, we were just seeing the translated adds by naaptol on tv. But now, they have their own television channel in malyalam and they are sponsoring also.
The main success of this naaptol is the hidden advertisements. During quick sale times the viewer getting the feeling that he is losing something that triggers him to book one item.
Now let me tell me the reality that I found with naaptol. I brought one ( or trapped with) one chappati maker from naaptole. Not bad, it’s delivery services. It was quick. In the first week we got extra utility with the product. Then after the efficiency of the product fall down. The product was along with us only for 3 weeks. Then after onwards it was not working properly.
Regarding the customer care services, in the earlier times the could identify us. Those people always telling some lame reasons to disconnect the phone call with us. At last they told us to send that chappatimaker as a courier to Delhi with the assurance that they would pay the courier charges. In order to avoid one E- waste from house we send that to Delhi. And I shared the courier number details with them. Now it is completing 4 months. No details no call. I called them many times from the registered number.They are unable to detect us aso. All the money we invested in vain.
