Rude behavior of the customer care executive

We have received a spy pen camara as a gift, just one year ago. The pen was supplied by Naaptol


We did not use the camera for one year . After one year when we tried to use it , we found charging problem. Whenever we started recordings , charging dropped to zero.


We contacted customer care of Naaptol and asked them to give us service center number of our location surat but their executive started talking like a parrot. He asked us to give us the mail from which we have bought it. He also told us to give the contact number of buyer and order number, but we said that we have received it from as a gift and requested him to give us service station number . we told the executive that we will pay for battery replacement or any other service charge. The executive told us that until we do not give details they cannot help and disconnected phone. I think these people are selling substandard products and keeps avoiding customers facing problems.


This is a worst type of after sale service. The executive speaks in scripted way. They are interested in selling not in solving problems of people.


Even the description given to them on their email address is not read by them . I had sent them two emails but no proper answer received.


I am sorry to say this is the worst experience. We will never buy anything from this website.
