Before a week ago my cousin ordered pack of five t-shirts from naaptol where he ordered 2 xl and 3 xxl t-shirts.even that time they didnt told him that only one size T-shirts deliver.
He oredered T-shirts at 8th of february which was delivered at 13th of february , after checking order naptol send all T-shirts in XXL size .
Customer service very bad.even some of customer executive dont know how to talk with their customer, thats very rude of them.they didnt solve our problem after complain.
Quality of 5 pc of T-shirts are so cheap, they showing something in advertisement and selling something else .very low class quality of. Products.
Naptol took too much delivery charges , like price of t-shirts are 999/ rupees where we have to pay 399/ for delivery chargen and 200/ for one year membership .it mean we paid 1598/ for 5 pcs of T-shirts.
After getting order and checking products size was big so request naptol to took back their product as return.they asked about problem , then we replied that size was big even quality is also cheap and low. Then, they agree for return but as we paid 1598/ for 5 pcs of t-shirts they retured only 999/ they didnt give back delivery charges which was 399/ and membership amount which is 200/ .
Unfortunatly we exchange our product because we dont have any other option because if we retured it we lost 599/ rupees . So exchange it and oreder XL t-shirts which is not yet deliver lets waiting .
