Naaptol’s service is truly pathetic!!! Don’t ever buy anything from there. I once ordered a smart watch and received it in different color. I asked them for a replacement, so they collected it from me and sent the same wrong color watch in broken state with stains of glue all over. When I called up the customer care, they told me that the "watch was beyond repair, so we fixed it with glue and gave you".
They are scammers, they also refused to refund my money or send the watch in right color. Infact they sent back the same wrong watch in damaged condition which was unusable.
Moreover, their shipping charges are extremely high. Other shopping sites charge Rs 40-100 as shipping charges, whereas Naaptol charges Rs 399. I also had a Silver Membership that offers free shipping, but these people still charge me a lot in the name of shipping charges.
Also, their tele marketers are super annoying. They call us almost every other day with some useless offers despite refusing to purchase their low quality products again.
