I have done mistake after watching t.v I ordered water spray gun with pipe and it come from delhi but the products is not working when I want to use . I have call customer care & complained them that the product is not working, they replied me this product is used, we cannot replace, I told him without use how can I understand whether the product is working or not? He tell me we have nothing to do anything for my complain. I told what will be about my money, they tell me that is your problem,
