I am sharing this incident to save the other buyers from Naaptol. com the e-commerce site. I bought Samsung colors phone from them as they were providing a superb offer. So I bought it the phone from them however after 4 months the cell phone started giving issues where the mic was not working properly & the person on the other side was not able to listen to anything no matter how loud I was saying or speaking to him.
So I decided to visit the customer care in Kalkaji where after looking into the paper work(bills) the service center adviser and manager refused to repair the phone with out any charges. "They simply said that we are not responsible for the same I need to contact the e-commerce cite from where I bought it". So I tried another service center in C.R. Park, where I got the same response. When I tried to contact the service center of Naaptol.com, I got nothing accept couple of words which is "Sorry" and "Apologize". I lost around 5K and some valuable time after them and got nothing accept bad experience.
A big NO to this site.
