I had purchased Nokia bluetooth headset for RS. 1399 and it was delivered with the packbox crushed and also without user manual and a warranty card.When I called the customer support team, they said they cant help me out and aske dme to speak to Nokia.Without warranty or any other evident Nokia is not ready to help unless they know the date of purchase.Also the product cost is 1399 but the cost of the product in Rediff online site is 925 Rs.
The customer service agent was also very rude and said its up to me what I wish to do and they could provide no support from Naaptol.
No I am the trapped customer with the loss of RS. 1399.
