I ordered a roti maker for my parents but to my surprise I received the product only after 30 days. After receiving the product I was not able to prepare roti on it. So, I called the customer care and informed them. First they told me that I need to watch the cd they use to provide along with the product and try my hands on it. I did the same but didn’t found any outcome.
Called them again and this time they asked me to unscrew the product. But I did not agreed to it and asked them to return my money or send me a different piece of the same product. I called them 10-15 times but there was no outcome of the calls.
And finally I got a call from one of their representative and told me that they would look into the matter and it’s almost 2 months and there is no response from them. so do not like NAAPTOL.COM.
