Naaptol is online shopping site where worst product are sell. I purchanced a headphone from this site, I got that product in 10 days but it was defective one. Then I launced a complaint about it, I also got a mail from naaptol that your complaint has been launced.
But when tried again to know status there was no answered by naaptol team. Again I tried for more than 10 times but it was of no use. So naaptol gives worst online shopping experience .
I will suggest never buy any product from this site.
