I had ordered 2 Nokia BL-4D batteries and had been tracking the status of the order, initially it was under process, then address verified and then confirmed, later it was under delivery and then after 10 days the status changes to cancelled.
When I call the customer care they say it was out of stock so got cancelled, I can still see the product on the website but with a higher price now and they still argue the order was cancelled as I will have to reorder. The person then does not listen anymore to me and hangs up the phone.
