I have no idea how they are able to advertise their products in almost all tha channels and how they are making profits as all the products sold by them are absolutely waste of money and I too had a similar experience like that when I purchased the product from them them by looking at the ad on tv.
They displayed a tablet with a case with a very good inbuilt keyboard and according to them how much convenient it is rather than carrying a laptop around and the product looked very good with features packed and the presentation was also good so I bought the tablet from them and paid through debit card.
The product took 10 days to deliver but it was nothing like what it was displayed in the advertisement and the case that was given to me with it was not leather like they advertised but felt like cheap plastic cover with the imitation of leather and also the keyboard was waste and useless and more like a toy that a keyboard that got useless after plugging it for the 9th time.
The tablet itself was very cheap quality and it was nothing at all felt like what I saw in the ad. It was a completely waste product and waste of my money and it felt Ike I was being cheated. So I would just tell you to avoid buying anything from here as much as you can.
