Don't Buy Products From NAAPTOL

I have purchased BlackBerry PlayBook 16GB-WiFi from Naaptol on 17 July 2012 (Naaptol Order No. 4439907) from last month I am facing technical difficulty in my playbook like battery charging problems. I contact to customer care many times but they are not giving proper information for services my tablet and I also contact to Naaptol he told me that they will replace my tab under warranty (Naaptol complaint no: 3938693) but still there not giving me any solution and proper information.
