I ordered Micromax A110 on 4th Dec 2012, I received a defective piece (Bluetooth & Wifi not working) on 18th Dec 2012, notified them & sent them back on 20th Dec, they received it on next day via Blue dart.
They sent me back the same defective product, which I received on 29th Dec & I sent it back to them on same day, reporting them that they have sent me the same defective product & this time the package was missing its power adapter & ear phone.
They received it on 31st Dec via Bluedart, but when I called them up on 7th Jan 2013 (today) their system was not updated & had no idea whether they received it. And on top of it they demanded 15 more days for replacement or 21 more days for refund.
