Ordered a htc desire c from naaptol - this is my first order from naaptol - since last one year I was a regular customer of flipkart I lover thir service here in Bangalore but whn I just had a look at naaptol pricing compared to flipkart I was shocked - its like 500rs cheaper than flipkart.
I did not think too much and I just ordered it using my cc 11490 rs. I received a msg stating I will receive the product within 10 working days from naaptol . it was long delay because I used to get stuffs within 3 working days frm flipkart but it was ok for me. Then I just wanted to know how to track it ( I mean tracking my order ) I just googled naaptol delivery time and oped a web page and for my SHOCK OF MY LIFE - I saw many complaints against naaptol services abt thr deliver timings, product defect, abt thr cust care, abt refunding after 40 days.
Some people still waiting for thr refund even after 2 mnths, some filed complaints , abt dispatching used / damaged product ... I was like SHOCKED and worried to abt my money because I had already payed thm throu cc. Then I called the cust care and asked thm to cancel it immediately (I googled it after a day frm the time I ordered ) but my status was CARGO by tat time .thy told me tat my ordered is in cargo stst and u will receive the product and if u want to return it thn ask the cargo person to take it back whn he delivers it to u . and I asked abt my refund , thy told me it will be done only after thy receive the product back . I was more worried because according to reviews thy take lot to time to refund the cash and tat to after many calls made to them . I was more worried.
Then again I called thm and told thm tat I will check the product if it has any kinda drfect or it is used thn I will return it to thm ., thy said ok . mean while I was going thru all the reviews and it made me more and more scared . decided never to buy any thing from thm . in flipkart even if its bit costlier tan naaptol I had some peace of mind because I knw its in safe hands . thn the day came whn it was delivered thru bluedart and it reached Bangalore . I called the cust service of bluedart and ask thm whn its gonna be delivered thy told tomorrow i.e on 8th Jan 2013 , I tld thm I wanted it today as I am gng out of station tonight . the person frm bluedart told me ’sure sir we will see to tat u will receive ur package today before 2 pm ’ I just lied to him tat I was going out of station because I was so much worried abt the product whn thy have dispatched.
Then I receive the package by 11 30 am. I asked the person frm bluedart to stay until open the package as I wanted to check it and if thy is any kinda prob thn u will have to take it back with u but he said even if u want to send it back u urself have to pack it again and come to our office and send it. I told him fine u can leave , because I knew wat he told is correct.
Thn with my heart in my mouth I opened the package I was praying to god it should be new and no problem with it . I opened the outer packing of bluedart it was a good packing from thm - I was impressed by thr packing . thn came the HTC DESIRE C box - the box it looked new my heart started beating faster , thn whn I opened the box and saw the mobile it was will packed with the screen guard frm the compant - battery charger , earphone , all in all it was BRAND NEW I was so excited and thanked god . I was happy and all my worries came down - thn I switched on the mobile and everything was perfect - later I decided never to order frm naaptol again because many have faced problem and I dont knw it can be me next time . and one more thing is never pay thru card - always take cash on delivery option . u wont have an heart attack whn u read all the reviews and u can cancel it anytime becasue ur cash is in ur hand ... I was LUCKY ... use FLIPKART , JABONG . I ahve used thm and I have good feedback on thm . even abt replacement thy have done it quick (flipkart) ... anyways ... thank u .. I am rating this five star because wat I received was good and had no prob
