Keep away from Naaptol. Here is my personal experience. I had ordered a combo offer (Sony camera + accessories that included a reebok watch and tripod amongst others). Cost of the package was 6000/-. When the package arrived, I saw the camera delivered was of a different colour from what I ordered, and a few accessories were missing from the package (watch and tripod were missing).
I wrote to Naaptol feedback/support aliases, they asked me to return the product and that a new one would be shipped. I instead, chose to stick on to the camera of a different colour, and asked them to ship only the missing items. As I see it now, it turned out to be a good decision as I at least have the camera now, else I would have been running behind them to get the replacement. Two months after my complaint was raised, I am yet to get the missing items shipped to me.
Customer care (or don’t care) don’t respond to mails, there is no channel for escalation. Phone calls are answered with a standard response that the items will be shipped within 48 hours. I have been hearing this response since the last 2 months ! And finally, some of the accessories like battery charger are non-functional. So, please keep off Naaptol - there are lot of better online shopping options out there.
