My experience with Naptol is not so good. once I bought a gown from Naaptol.com. No doubt that it is one of the sites with cheapest prices. But its product quality is cheapest as well. so I want to share my review for this site.
Customer service:
Customer service is good when we buy products but if we do not satisfied with the product then starts ignoring and do not respond immediately.
Product quality:
Its product quality is so poor that we lost its grace in one or two wash or use.
Delivery:
Delivery of product is on time within 6-7 days. One gud thing about this site is tht it also show us the product on tv by its channel, but when we get the same product in hand it doesn’t match the qualities.
Now I dont trust on this site to order. Online products because of its products quality.
